摘要
文章以光伏扶贫为背景,考虑农民对光伏收益的诉求,提出一种考虑并网收益的DG优化配置方法。以网损、总投资与运行费用最低及光伏并网收益最大化为目标建立模型,采用混合模拟退火(simulated annealing,SA)的粒子群算法(particle swarm optimal,PSO)对此模型进行求解,通过IEEE 33节点系统算例验证了模型的可行性及有效性,为光伏扶贫项目的建设提供了技术支持及理论参考。
This paper takes photovoltaic poverty alleviation as the research background and takes into account farmers'demands for photovoltaic(PV)income,and proposes an optimization configuration of distributed generation considering photovoltaic grid-connected income.The model is built with the goal of minimum network loss,minimum total investment and operation cost and maximization of photovoltaic grid-connected income,simulated annealing particle swarm optimization is used to solve the model,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model is proved by an example of IEEE 33 nodes system,this paper provides the technical support and theory reference for the construction of photovoltaic(PV)poverty alleviation projects in poverty-stricken areas in China.
