针对输电线路导地线风筝、异物缠绕频繁发生,清除异物费时费力,且风险较高,为了解决这个问题,研制一种地电位带电清楚异物刀具,该刀具固定在绝缘操作杆上,用刀口割断风筝或异物,使其脱落,操作方便,效果良好,有一定的推广应用价值。
