中山市横栏镇九顷泵站进出水流道CFD优化分析设计 被引量:1

摘要 本文对排涝泵站的流道水力损失、水泵装置效率进行研究,研究主要集中于进、出水流道型式和设计参数影响的问题。根据原型泵主要设计参数,通过CFD技术建立数学模型,得到泵站内任意位置的流动细节如速度、压力、能量损失、压力脉动、湍动量和漩涡等,从而进行水泵装置的特性预测及性能优化。研究结果表明,九顷泵站优化设计的进、出水流道水流速度分布均匀,内部流态较为平稳,流道水力损失较小,可满足水泵高效运行的要求。进、出水流道布置型式及尺寸可供相近参数的立式轴流泵泵站工程设计参考。 Aiming at the hydraulic loss of the flow channel and the efficiency of the pump device in the drainage pump station,this paper mainly studies the influence of inlet and outlet flow channel types and design parameters.According to the main design parameters of the prototype pump,the mathematical model is established by CFD technology,and the flow details such as speed,pressure,energy loss,pressure pulsation,turbulent momentum and vortex are obtained at any position in the pump station,so as to predict the characteristics of the pump device and optimize the performance.The results show that the inlet and outlet flow channels of Jiuqing pump station are evenly distributed with relatively stable internal flow pattern and small hydraulic loss,which can meet the requirements of efficient operation of the pump.The layout and size of inlet and outlet flow channels can be used as reference for project design of vertical axial flow pump station with similar parameters.
