在全过程工程咨询管理模式快速发展的背景下,工程监理单位须在体制机制、组织管理、服务内容方式等各方面进行深刻的系统性变革,以满足目前对项目进行综合系统管理、多目标集成控制的要求。本文分析了监理企业当前的发展环境、影响转型升级的关键因素,指出了项目管理中增值服务路径,以期为促进监理企业转型升级和健康发展提供借鉴。

Under the background of the rapid development of the whole-process project consultation management mode,the project supervision unit must carry out profound and systematic reform in the system mechanism,organizational management and service content and mode,so as to meet the current requirements of comprehensive system management and multiobjective integrated control of the project.This paper analyzes the current development environment of supervision enterprises,the key factors affecting the transformation and upgrading,and points out the path of value-added services in project management,in order to provide reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading and healthy development of supervision enterprises.
