摘要
针对在FPSO船体上部甲板扩建/新建LPG生产系统方案,重点分析其生产工艺、储存、外输和总体布置,探讨工艺生产模式、储运方案及总体布置原则,所得出的建议已陆续在“奋进号”和“海洋石油119号”FPSO上得到应用,项目投产后LPG系统运行平稳、安全可靠,在取得良好经济效益的同时大幅减少了CO_(2)等污染物排放。
In view of the expansion/new construction of LPG production system on the upper deck of FPSO hull,the production technology,storage,export and general layout were analyzed in detail,and the process production mode,storage and transportation scheme and general layout principle were investigated.A series of achievements had been successively applied to the“FENJIN”and“HYSY119”FPSOs.After the project was put into operation,the LPG production system had been operating stably,safely and reliably,and the emissions of CO_(2) and other pollutants had been greatly reduced other than achieving good economic benefits.
