摘要
对南海某FPSO单点系泊系统,基于系泊系统监测数据,应用Orcaflex软件开展时域动力分析,对系泊系统中上钢缆触地行为进行识别和统计分析,结果表明,在该FPSO单点系泊系统中,系泊缆#1和#6不仅往复触地次数多,触地时间也比较长,容易出现钢缆磨损,导致钢缆锁接头脱落、钢缆松股、断丝等问题发生,建议在实际维修检验中给予更多重视。
Based on the mooring monitoring data of a single point mooring system of FPSO in the South China Sea,the Orcaflex software was applied to carry out dynamic analysis in time domain,and the contact behavior of upper steel cables in the mooring system was identified and statistically analyzed.The results showed that in this FPSO single point mooring system,mooring lines#1 and#6 not only have a lot of repeated touchdowns,but also have a relatively long touchdown time,which is more likely to cause wire rope wear than other mooring lines,leading to problems such as wire rope lock joint falling off,wire rope strand loosening,wire breakage,etc.It was suggested that more attention should be paid in the actual maintenance inspection.
