西部地区农村幼儿园办园现状、问题与建议--以贵州省为例

摘要 为了解西部地区农村幼儿园的办园现状,对贵州省218所农村幼儿园进行调查,分析当前幼儿园在办园理念、保教结合、资源开发、活动设计、教学活动、园务管理、教研活动7个方面的情况,指出当前农村幼儿园存在以任务完成为目的、内因不足、资源开发思维定势以及缺乏专业指导等办园问题;同时,从幼儿园自身建设视角,提出将教师工作“任务”变成内在需求、鼓励与支持幼儿教师的发展、利导幼儿园发展的正确归因、认识与挖掘地域的资源价值、加强对农村幼儿园的帮扶与指引等建议,以促进西部地区农村幼儿园的发展。 In order to learn about the status quo of running kindergartens in rural areas of western China,through the investigation of 218 rural kindergartens in Guizhou province,this paper analyzes the current situation of kindergartens in the following seven aspects:the idea of running a kindergarten,the combination of education and protection,the development of resources,the design of activities,the teaching activities,the management of kindergarten affairs and the teaching and research activities.It points out that there are some problems in running kindergartens in rural areas,such as the goal of task completion,inadequate internal needs,the fixed thinking pattern of resource development,and the lack of professional guidance.Some suggestions are put forward,such as turning the"task"of teachers into internal needs,encouraging and supporting the development of kindergarten teachers,guiding the correct attribution of kindergarten development,recognizing and excavating the resource value of the region,strengthening the help and guidance for the rural kindergartens,etc.,in the aim to promote the development of rural kindergartens in the western region.
