摘要
为了比较冶金固废钛铁渣制备的钛基铝酸盐水泥与普通铝酸盐水泥的差异,从微观形貌、矿相组成与物理性能等方面对钛基铝酸盐水泥与矾土基铝酸盐水泥进行了研究,通过研究得出,钛基铝酸盐水泥的主要胶凝矿相与矾土基铝酸盐水泥相同,均为CA与CA_(2),且钛基铝酸盐水泥的胶凝矿相含量更高一些,因而钛基铝酸盐水泥具有较矾土基铝酸盐水泥更短的凝结时间和更高的抗折抗压强度。
In order to compare the difference between the titanium base aluminate cement prepared from metallurgical solid waste ferrotitanium slag and the ordinary aluminate cement,the titanium base aluminate cement and alumina base aluminate cement were studied from the aspects of micro-morphology,mineral phase composition and physical properties.The results showed that the main cementitious phase of titanium base aluminate cement was the same as that of bauxite aluminate cement,which was CA and CA_(2),and the cementitious phase content of titanium aluminate cement was higher,so the titanium base aluminate cement had shorter setting time and higher flexural and compressive strength than the bauxite aluminate cement.
