摘要
激励教育是一项艰巨的任务,而不是一次性的工作,恰到好处的鼓励与积极肯定的赞赏,能激活学生的学习兴趣,帮助其找回丢失的学习信心并建立良好的学习心态,从而实现能力的提升。文章以“激励教育”为主题,结合人教部编版小学语文教材对其在语文教学课堂中的应用展开探讨,从大胆表达、深度探究、学习自信、学科素养、良性竞争五个角度出发提出可行性教育建议,旨在为一线小学语文教师提供教育参考。
Incentive education is a difficult task,not a one time task.Proper encouragement and positive appreciation can activate students’interest in learning,help them regain lost confidence in learning,and establish a good learning attitude,thereby achieving ability improvement.Taking Incentive education as the theme,the paper explores the application of“Incentive education”in the Chinese teaching class with the primary school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education,and proposes feasible educational suggestions from five perspectives of bold expression,in depth exploration,learning confidence,discipline literacy,and healthy competition.The purpose is to provide educational reference for primary school Chinese teachers at the frontline.
