基于休闲农业发展需求的薄荷引种筛选研究

Research on Introduction and Screening of Mint Based on Development Demand of Leisure Agriculture

近年来,北京市农业空间格局和功能发生了较为深刻的变化,首都农业的生态涵养和生活服务功能日益凸显。休闲农业已成为实现农业产业融合的重要产业形态。薄荷属植物品种丰富,具有良好的产业链延伸功能,在休闲农业中具有广泛的应用空间。为筛选出符合北京市休闲农业发展需求的薄荷品种,通过引进薄荷品种资源,在林下空间进行系统性筛选试验研究。结果表明:结合生长情况、产业融合潜力和产能分析,‘薰衣草薄荷’和‘留兰香’2种薄荷综合适应性强、长势旺盛、产量优势明显,且具备良好的产业融合发展潜力。综合评判,这2个薄荷品种可以作为北京地区服务休闲农业发展的主推薄荷品种种植。

In recent years,the spatial pattern and function of agriculture in Beijing had undergone profound changes,and the ecological conservation and life service functions of agriculture in the capital had become increasingly prominent.Leisure agriculture had become an important form of agricultural industry integration.Mint was rich in varieties and had a good industrial chain extension function,which had a wide application space in leisure agriculture.In this study,through the introduction of mint variety resources,a systematic screening test was conducted in the understory space to screen out mint varieties that meet the needs of leisure agriculture development in Beijing.The results showed that combined with the analysis of growth,industrial integration potential and production capacity,lavender mint and spearmint had strong comprehensive adaptability,vigorous growth,obvious yield advantages,and had good industrial integration development potential.Comprehensive evaluation of these two mint varieties can be used as the main mint varieties for the development of leisure agriculture in Beijing.
