“四全媒体”时代党内监督与舆论监督的贯通协调——以武汉广播电视台电视问政节目为例

The Coordination of Intraparty Supervision and Public Opinion Supervision in the“Four Omnimedia”Era:A Case of“Query for Government Affairs”Program of Wuhan Broadcasting and Television Station

“四全媒体”时代,党内监督与舆论监督的贯通协调面临新考验、新挑战。文章结合武汉电视问政等舆论监督的探索实践,从坚持以人民为中心的发展思想、坚持舆论监督与正面宣传的统一,坚持构建监督闭环等三个层面,解析党内监督与舆论监督贯通协调的基本遵循以及健全党统一领导、全面覆盖、权威高效的监督体系的根本原则和需要解决的问题,进而探寻推进政治监督具体化、精准化、常态化的实施路径。

In“Four Omnimedia”Era,the integration and coordination of intraparty supervision and public opinion supervision is facing new tests and new challenges.Combined with the exploration and practice of public opinion supervision such as Wuhan TV’s Political Inquiry,this paper will analyze the basic adherence to the coordination of intraparty supervision and public opinion supervision,as well as the fundamental principles and problems that need to be solved to improve the supervision system of the party’s unified leadership,comprehensive coverage,authority and efficiency.The analysis has been done from three aspects:adhering to the people-centered development thought,adhering to the unity of public opinion supervision and positive propaganda,and adhering to the construction of a closed loop of supervision.The goal is to explore the implementation method of promoting the concrete,accurate,and normal political supervision.
