基于规模与空间组织效率评价的乡镇规模结构优化策略探索——以鲁西地区两县为例

Exploration on the Optimization Strategy of Township Scale Structure Based on the Evaluation of Scale and Spatial Organization Efficiency:Taking Two Counties in Western Shandong as Examples

研究对乡镇人口规模与空间组织之间的互动关系进行深入分析,构建规模与空间组织效率的评判框架,对规模—空间组织契合效率及其对整体绩效的贡献度进行评价,并选取同一区域内不同职能类型的两县为研究对象,深入探讨工业主导型城镇和农业主导型城镇在规模与空间组织效率特征上的共性与特性。最后提出针对两县乡镇规模结构优化的策略,包括合理控制总量、科学确定规模等级体系、完善设施配置、优化空间结构、充分协调保护与开发矛盾等,以期为引导县域空间资源分配的秩序化提供研究基础。

The study deeply analyzes the interactive relationship between township population scale and spatial organization,constructs the evaluation framework of scale and spatial organization efficiency,evaluates the fit of scale and spatial organization and its contribution to the overall performance,and selects two counties with different functional types in the same region as the research object.This paper deeply discusses the commonness and characteristics of industrial leading towns and agricultural leading towns in the characteristics of scale and spatial organization efficiency.At last,the paper puts forward some strategies to optimize the scale structure of towns and villages in the two counties,including controlling the total amount reasonably,determining the scale grade system scientifically,perfecting the allocation of facilities,optimizing the spatial structure,fully coordinating the contradiction between protection and development and so on,hoping to provide a research basis for guiding the order of space resources allocation.
