成人骨性Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类高角患者上前牙区骨开窗及骨开裂的CBCT研究 被引量:1

The study of fenestration and dehiscence in upper anterior teeth of skeletal Class I and Class II high-angle with cone-beam computed tomography

摘要 目的应用CBCT研究成人骨性Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类高角患者错颌畸形中上前牙骨开窗、骨开裂的情况。方法将2018~2021年在保定市第二医院口腔正畸科就诊的初诊患者中,按错牙合畸形分类,将362名成人高角患者分为骨性Ⅰ类和骨性Ⅱ类,每组181人。应用CBCT分别测量两组牙齿骨质连续情况,并将测量结果进行统计学分析。结果骨性Ⅰ类、骨性Ⅱ类上前牙区骨开窗发生率分别为12.22%、7.78%,骨开裂发生率分别为13.06%、26.39%,骨质连续性在两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨性Ⅱ类上颌中切牙骨开窗发生率高于骨性Ⅰ类,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨性Ⅱ类上颌中切牙、尖牙骨开裂发生率高于骨性Ⅰ类,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正畸矫治前,骨性Ⅱ类高角成人患者上前牙区骨开窗、骨开裂发生率较骨性Ⅰ类高,矫治时应引起正畸医生注意。 Objective To study the fenestrations and dehiscence of upper anterior teeth in Class I and Class II of high-Angle malocclusion with CBCT(cone-beam computed tomography).Methods A total of 362 adult patients with high-Angle who were first visit in the Department of Orthodontics of Baoding Second Hospital from 2018 to 2021.The patiaens were divided into Class I and Class II according to malocclusion,with 181 patients in each group.Results The incidence of fenestration in Class I and Class II anterior teeth were 12.22%and 7.78%,and the incidence of dehiscence were 13.06%and 26.39%respectively.There was significant difference in bone continuity between Class I and Class Il anterior teeth(P<0.05).The incidence of fenestration of skeletal class I maxillary central incisors was significantly higher than that of skeletal class I(P<0.05).The incidence of bone dehiscence of maxillary central incisors and canines of skeletal class II was higher than that of skeletal class I,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Before orthodontic treatment,the incidence of bone fenestration and dehiscence was higher in adult patients'upper anterior teeth with high-angle of Class II than Class I,which should be paid attention to by orthodontists.
