Th17细胞在炎症性肠病发病中作用的研究进展

Research progress on the role of Th17 cells in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel diseases,IBD)的病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚,免疫调节功能障碍在IBD的发病中起关键作用。辅助性T细胞(helper T cell,Th)是免疫系统的重要组成部分。当Th细胞分化不受调控及其细胞因子过度激活时,免疫系统会转变成促炎状态,进而诱发自身免疫性炎症。近年来,越来越多的证据表明Th17细胞及其相关的细胞因子参与了IBD的发病。这些发现使Th17细胞及调节其发育和功能的途径成为治疗的靶点。文章就Th17细胞在IBD发病中的作用以及相关的治疗策略作一综述。

The etiology and pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD)are not completely clear,and immune regulation dysfunction plays a key role in the pathogenesis of IBD.Helper T cell(Th)are an important part of the immune system.When the differentiation of Th cells is not regulated and their cytokines are over activated,the immune system will shift to a pro-inflammatory state,and then induce autoimmune inflammation.In recent years,more and more evidences indicate that Th17 cells and their related cytokines are involved in the pathogenesis of IBD.These findings make Th17 cells and the pathways regulating their development and function become therapeutic targets.This review summarizes the role of Th17 cells and the related therapeutic strategies in the pathogenesis of IBD.
