摘要
体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)是一种高级体外生命支持技术,主要用于治疗常规治疗无效的严重呼吸衰竭和(或)循环衰竭,暂时替代心和(或)肺功能,使心和(或)肺得到休息,为原发病的治疗赢得时间。近年来随着医疗技术、材料技术、团队管理的不断发展,ECMO已成为严重呼吸或循环衰竭患者有效支持的重要手段。
