摘要
自2019年1月1日起,电商法开始实施,创设了许多新的制度来解决电子商务在乡村实施中的各种问题。但是在实践中,《电商法》还存在这样和那样的不足之处。对此,本文进行了认真思考并结合具体情况提出了中肯的意见。
Since January 1,2019,the e-commerce law has been implemented,creating many new systems to solve various problems in the implementation of e-commerce in rural areas.However,in practice,there are still some shortcomings in the Electricity Commercial Law.In this regard,the West has seriously considered and put forward pertinent suggestions in combination with the specific situation.
