摘要
为了更好地对脑功能网络拓扑关系进行描述和属性分析,介绍了基于图论的脑功能网络建立方法与步骤,分析了常用的网络拓扑属性,包括节点度、介数中心度、“小世界属性”、特征路径长度等。展开实例对比分析,提出正确、全面地了解基于图论的网络拓扑属性,是进行脑功能网络分析的关键。
In order to describe the topological relationship and do attribute analysis of brain functional network,the study introduces the method and steps of establishing brain functional network based on graph theory,and analyzes the commonly used network topology properties:node degree,betweenness centrality,“small-world attribute”,characteristic path length,etc.Then the study does contrastive analysis of the living examples.It is proposed that correct and comprehensive understanding of network topology attributes based on graph theory is the key to the analysis of brain functional networks.
