摘要
为提升集输增压站中人为操作的可靠性,减少人因事故的发生,保障我国天然气的供应安全,采用层次分析法(AHP)-模糊综合评价法,对增压站人为操作的可靠性进行计算与评价,利用层次分析法确定各类因素的权重大小,运用模糊综合评价法计算和评价人为操作的可靠性,将两种方法结合使用,提高计算结果的客观性。对西南某天然气集输增压站进行实例分析,结果表明,该集输增压站中技术员操作的可靠性较好,属于“优秀”“较好”“一般”“较差”“非常差”的分别占20.35%、54.33%、13.07%、12.25%、0%,其中环境因素对人为操作的影响最大。此结果可为提高集输增压站操作的人因可靠性及减少人为失误的发生提供依据。
In order to improve the reliability of manual operation in gathering and transmission station,decrease accidents due to human factor,and ensure the security of natural gas supply in China,the study adopts AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,calculates and evaluates the reliability of manual operation in booster station.The two methods are combined to improve the objectivity of the calculation results.An example of a natural gas gathering and transmission booster station in Southwest China is analyzed.The results show that the reliability of the technician’s operation in the station is good,and the proportion of“excellent”,“good”,“average”,“poor”and“very poor”accounts for 20.35%,54.33%,13.07%,12.25%and 0%respectively,of which environmental factors have the greatest impact on human operation.The research results can provide a basis for improving the human reliability of the operation of the gathering and transmission booster station and reducing the occurrence of human errors.
