摘要
设计了一种高准确度宽量程六位半数字多用表,给出交流电流、直流电流、交流电压、直流电压的设计原理与测量误差及关键器件。经高准确度标准电源验证,该数字表的交、直流电流测量准确度达到0.01%读数+0.005%量程,优于0.01%读数+0.005%量程,分辨率达到六位半,具有量程宽和准确度高的优势。
The study designs a six and a half bits multipurpose meter,and proposes the design principle of alternating current,direct current,alternating voltage and direct current voltage,measuring error,and key devices.After the verification of high accuracy standard power supply,the measurement accuracy of AC and DC current of voltmeter reaches 0.01%reading+0.005%range and better.The resolution reaches six and a half bits.The numeration table has the advantages of wide range and great accuracy.
