慢性湿疹患者冗思现状调查

Investigation of Redundant Thinking of Patients with Chronic Eczema

了解慢性湿疹患者冗思现状及其在人口学变量上的差异,探究慢性湿疹患者冗思的影响因素,为慢性湿疹患者的心理干预提供思路。本研究对215名门诊慢性湿疹患者进行了问卷调查,并从中随机抽取20名患者进行访谈研究。结果显示,患者的强迫性思考和反思处于中等偏上水平。女性与抑郁相关反应水平显著高于男性(P<0.05),已婚患者与抑郁相关反应水平显著高于未婚患者(P<0.05),初中及以下患者的反思水平显著高于高中以上患者(P<0.05)。结果表明,慢性湿疹患者冗思在人口学变量上存在差异,疾病基本特征、人格特质和家庭环境是患者冗思的影响因素。

In order to know the present situation of redundant thinking in patients with chronic eczema and the differences of demographic variables,the study explores the influencing factors of redundant thinking of patients with chronic eczema,to provide thinking for psychological intervention of patients with chronic eczema.The study does questionnaire survey on 215 outpatients with chronic eczema,and interviews 20 patients randomly.The results show that the compulsive thinking and introspection of patients is at middle and above level.Depression reaction level of the females is significantly higher than the males(P<0.05).That of married patients is significantly higher than unmarried ones(P<0.05).The introspection level of patients with junior high school and below education background is significantly higher than those with senior high school and above ones(P<0.05).The results show that there is difference of redundant thinking of patients with chronic eczema.Basic characteristics of diseases,personality trait and family environment are the influencing factors of the redundant thinking of patients.
