摘要 针对煤矿智能回采工作面存在的生产环境状态不透明、采煤机难以应对煤层地质条件变化、智能化集成度不高等问题,分析了G煤矿4307工作面智能化建设现状,结合现有地质资料,根据附近回采工作面及4307工作面掘进巷道地质素描图,建立了模拟4307工作面煤层的三维地质模型,利用惯性导航系统,实测回采顶底板截割线,修正煤层底板等高线,模拟出与实际情况最相近的煤层三维地质模型,为智能回采提供了可靠的生产条件,回采过程中,实收剖面图与三维地质模型相验证,已初步实现了较为复杂的地质条件的智能化回采,提升了系统的实用性和适用性,为煤矿智能回采积累了经验。 There are some problems in intelligent stope face of the coal mine,i.e.the production environment of the intelligent mining working face of coal mine is not transparent,the shearer is difficult to deal with the changes of the geological conditions of the coal seam,and the intelligent integration degree is not high.The intelligent construction of 4307 working face of G Coal Mine is analyzed.The study combines with the current geological data,establishes 3D geological model under the simulation of 4307 working face of coal seam according to the geological sketch of stope face nearby and 4307 working face tunneling,uses the inertial navigation system in the process of extraction measurement stope roof and floor cut secant,and fixes coal floor contour,and stimulates coal seam^(3)D geological model which is similar to the actual situation,to provide intelligent extraction production conditions.In the process of mining,the collected profile is verified with the 3D geological model.It has preliminarily realized the intelligent mining under complicated geological conditions,improved the practicability and applicability of the system,so as to accumulate experience for the intelligent mining of the coal mine.
