摘要
为了进一步推动单片机的发展,给出了单片机的结构、原理、特性、技术类型,展望了单片机技术低功耗CMOS化、微型化、主流与多品种共存的发展趋势,分析了其在电子技术中的具体应用,包括在远程通信、监测设备、保障安全、促进人际交流等方面的应用。需根据实际情况对其进行科学选择,充分发挥单片机功能,提高电子技术的发展水平。
In order to further promote the development of singlechip microcomputer,the study analyzes the structure,principle,characteristics,technological type of singlechip microcomputer;proposes the development tendency of low power consumption CMOS,microminiaturization,main current and multispecies coexistence of singlechip technology;and analyzes the specific application of electronic engineering,such as its application in telecommunication,monitoring equipment,security and the promotion of interpersonal communication.It is necessary to scientifically select singlechip microcomputer according to the practical situation,fully play its function,and improve the development of electronic technology.
