摘要
为提高谐波减速器柔轮的机械性能,对加工工艺和柔轮夹具进行优化改进。针对精密车削加工过程进行夹具设计,提出了加工工艺方案,包括十字镦拔、强力旋压、变形强化等,使加工效率更高,工件机械性能更好。
In order to improve the mechanical performance of harmonic reducer flexible wheel,and optimize processing and flexible wheel clamp,the study designs the clamp of precise lathe processing,and proposes processing scheme,such as cross upsetting,strong spinning,and deformation strengthening,etc.,so that the machining can obtain higher efficiency and better mechanical properties of the work piece.
