摘要
露天煤矿开采过程中需进行爆破,目前主要使用现场混装多孔粒状铵油炸药生产工艺,但爆炸后会有棕色气体产生,其产生原因主要与炸药化学成分、物理特性、作业环境条件等因素有关,与炸药成分的氧平衡状态、爆炸反应的完全性也有一定的联系。从生产、使用、管理等方面提出了防治策略,以减少炸药爆炸不充分与氧平衡误差,提高爆破质量。
Blasting is necessary in the process of open-pit coal mining.At present,the field mixed porous granular ANFO production technology is mainly used,but brown gas is produced after explosion,which is related with chemical components,physical property,and working environment,etc.,and with oxygen equilibrium state and the integrity of explosion reaction.Prevention and control strategies are proposed from production,utilization and management,etc.to reduce the error caused by insufficient explosive explosion and oxygen balance,and improve the quality of blasting.
