职业教育适应性困境与“双高”院校的作为

摘要 增强职业教育适应性是建设高质量教育体系的应有之意。哲学考量下的职业教育适应性包括动态适应和相互适应。进入高质量发展阶段,职业院校适应性不够之症候表征为“见技不见人”“产教融而不够”“校企合而不深”三个方面。作为高职教育的领头羊,“双高”院校应率先进行适应能力再造,要推动办学理念从重技向重技与育人并重转型、管理重心从重制度向制度与机制并重转移、育人方式从单主体向双主体转型,以赋能高质量发展。 Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is the intended meaning of building a high-quality education system.The adaptability of vocational education under philosophical considerations includes dynamic adaptation and mutual adaptation.On the threshold of high-quality development,the symptoms of insufficient adaptability of vocational colleges are characterized by three aspects:“seeing skills but not seeing people”,“insufficient production-education integration”and“incomplete school-enterprise cooperation”.As a leader in higher vocational education,“double high-level”vocational institutes should take the lead to rebuild their adaptability,promote the transformation of the school-running philosophy from focusing on technology to focusing on both skills and education,the transfer of management core from focusing on the system to on both the system and mechanism,and the transformation of education from a single subject to a dual subject,in order to enable high-quality development.
