职业院校参与乡村振兴的路径与模式探析——以芜湖职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Path to and Mode of Participating in Rural Revitalization by Vocational Institutes:a Case of Wuhu Institute of Technology

乡村振兴涉及到国家粮食安全、经济社会平稳、共同富裕等多项国家发展重大方针战略,是关系国计民生及中华民族复兴的关键所在。普及现代农业技术、培养复合型人才以及传播先进的经营销售理念是实现乡村振兴的有效途径。职业院校具有贴近“三农”、学科门类齐备及培养体系健全等先天优势,与乡村振兴具有较高的契合度,能够成为乡村振兴强有力的推手。职业院校可从科技创新、人才培养和技术服务三个方面发力,探索参与乡村振兴的路径。职业院校应以问题为导向,以“产学研推”的产业联盟为平台,实施“四体融合”科技赋能模式,才能发挥最大作用。

Rural revitalization involves multiple national major development strategies including food security,economic and social stability,common prosperity,and so on.It is the crux of Chinese national rejuvenation and people’s livelihood.The effective way to realizing rural revitalization is characterized by modern agricultural technology promotion,versatile talents training and advanced marketing ideas communication.Vocational institutes have inherent advantages such as being close to rural areas,agriculture and farmers,complete disciplines as well as sound training system,which highly agree with the strategy of rural revitalization for which they can be good promoters.Hence,vocational institutes can explore a new way to their participation in rural revitalization from three aspects:scientific and technological innovation,talent training and technical service.Only by being problem-oriented and taking the industrial alliance of“industry-university-research promotion”as the platform,can they implement the technology enabling mode of“four body integration”and play their role to the full.
