高校学生社团育人实效研究——基于“第二课堂”视角

A Study on Educational Effectiveness of College Students’Associations:from the Perspective of“the Second Classroom”

大学生社团作为展示学生特长、繁荣校园文化生活的第二课堂主阵地,对提升学生的学习和发展有着重要作用。高校社团主要有组织育人、实践育人、文化育人、网络育人和服务育人五种育人模式。可从思想成长维度、实践实习维度、志愿公益服务、创新创业和文体活动维度打通社团育人路径,通过多元化、专业化的社团建设,增强学生社团学术影响力,提升校园学术文化氛围,助力学生全面发展。

As the main front of the second classroom for showing students’specialties and invigorating campus cultural life,college student associations play an important role in improving students’learning and individual development.There are five education models for student associations:organizational education,practical education,cultural education,network education and service education.it is feasible to break the way to education from such dimensions as ideological growth,practice and internship,volunteer public service,innovation and entrepreneurship,as well as cultural and sports activities.The academic influence of student associations can be enhanced via diversified and professional association construction to improve campus academic and cultural atmosphere and facilitate college students’all-round development.
