川芎为"血中之气药"的内涵浅析 被引量:1

摘要 目的综述川芎作为"血中之气药"的临床应用、现代化学成分及药理研究,以期为川芎功效的应用提供借鉴.方法查阅有关川芎的古代文献典籍以及现代医药文献,概述川芎的功效.结果川芎具有活血行气、祛风止痛功效,其主要化学成分为苯酞类、萜烯及其烯醇类、生物碱类、有机酸及其酯类等,现代研究中,其具有镇静止痛、抗血栓等多种药理作用.结论川芎自古以来被诸多医家誉为"血中之气药",在治疗心脑血管病、妇科病、神经系统疾病等方面均发挥重大作用,进一步证实了其治诸血、调诸风、顺诸气的临床功效. Object ive To summarize the clinical application,chemical composition and pharmacological research of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort in order to provide reference for its clinical application.Methods Consulting the ancient documents and modern medical literature of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort and summarizing its functions.Results Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort has the effect of promoting blood circulation and flow of qi,dispelling wind and relieving pain.Its main chemical components are phthalides,terpenes and their enols,alkaloids,organic acids and their esters,etc.According to modern research,Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort has many pharmacological effects,including sedation and analgesia,anti-thrombosis and so on.Conclusion Since ancient times,Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort has been praised by many medical experts as"blood-activating medicinal with qi-promoting effect",and has played a significant role in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,gynecological diseases,nervous system diseases,etc.,further confirming its clinical efficacy in harmonizing blood,treating wind-evil and regulating qi.
