癫痫患者并发精神心理障碍的相关危险因素分析

Analysis of related risk factors of epilepsy patients complicated with mental disorders

目的探讨癫痫患者并发精神心理障碍的危险因素。方法选取2019年6月-2022年6月南昌大学第二附属医院收治的80例癫痫患者,评估所有患者并发精神心理障碍情况[采用明尼苏达多相人格问卷(MMPI)],根据结果分为发生组与未发生组,设计基线资料调查表,详细统计所有患者的基线资料并比较,重点分析癫痫患者并发精神心理障碍的危险因素。结果经评估,80例癫痫患者中并发精神心理障碍42例,占比52.50%(42/80);发生组与未发生组患者的发作频率、服药种数、应对方式及家庭关怀度比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析,结果显示,发作频率高、服药种数多、消极应对均是癫痫患者并发精神心理障碍的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05),家庭关怀度水平高是癫痫患者并发精神心理障碍的保护因素(OR<1,P<0.05)。结论癫痫患者并发精神心理障碍风险较高,发作频率、服药种数、应对方式均是癫痫患者并发精神心理障碍的危险因素,家庭关怀度水平高是其保护因素。

Objective To explore the risk factors of psychiatric disorders in patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 80 patients with epilepsy admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected.All patients were evaluated for their complicated mental disorders[Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Questionnaire(MMPI)].According to the results,the patients were divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group.The risk factors of epilepsy patients complicated with mental disorders were analyzed.Results In the 80 cases of epilepsy,42 cases were complicated with mental disorders,accounting for 52.50%(42/80).There were statistical differences in the frequency of attack,number of medication,coping style and family care between the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group(P<0.05).Through Logistic regression analysis,the results showed that high frequency of seizures,multiple types of medication and negative coping are all risk factors for epilepsy patients complicated with mental disorders(OR>1,P<0.05),and high level of family care is a protective factor for epilepsy patients complicated with mental disorders(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with epilepsy have a high risk of psychiatric disorders,and the frequency of seizures,the number of medications,coping style are all risk factors of epilepsy patients with psychiatric disorders,high level of family care is a protective factor for epilepsy patients complicated with mental disorders.
