miR-652、miR-571与乙肝五项指标联合诊断慢性HBV肝纤维化的应用价值

Application value of miR-652,miR-571 and five indicators of hepatitis B in the diagnosis of chronic HBV liver fibrosis

目的研究miR-652、miR-571与乙肝五项指标联合诊断慢性HBV肝纤维化的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月-2022年10月于清远市慢性病防治医院接受诊断的慢性HBV肝纤维化患者30例纳入研究组,同期接受研究的30例健康人纳入对照组。采用E1isa方法检测乙肝五项指标;通过QPCR、miRNAs芯片技术检测miR-652和miR-571的表达情况。采用Pearson分析指标与疾病发生的相关性。结果研究组的乙肝五项指标中的HBsAg、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb与miR-652、miR-571表达情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组乙肝五项指标中的HBsAb低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且HBV肝纤维化患者miR-652、miR-571相关表达量与乙肝五项中HBsAg、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb四项具有相关性且为正相关(P<0.05),与乙肝五项中HBsAb水平无相关(P>0.05)。结论miR-652、miR-571与乙肝五项指标中HBsAg、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb四项联和诊断慢性HBV肝纤维化均有较好的临床价值,值得推广。

Objective To study the application value of miR-652,miR-571 and five indicators of hepatitis B in the diagnosis of chronic HBV liver fibrosis.Methods From January 2022 to October 2022,30 patients with chronic HBV liver fibrosis diagnosed in Qingyuan Chronic Disease Prevention Hospital were included in the study group,and 30 healthy people in the same period were included in the control group.Elisa was used to detect five indicators of hepatitis B.The expression of miR-571 and miR-652 was detected by QPCR and miRNAs chip technolopy.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between indicators and disease occurrence.Results The expressions of HBsAg,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb,miR-652 and miR-571 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HBsAb in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression levels of miR-652 and miR-571 in patients with HBV liver fibrosis were positively correlated with HBsAg,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBeAb(P<0.05),and were not correlated with HBsAb levels(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of miR-652 and miR-571 with HBsAg,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb has good clinical value in the diagnosis of chronic HBV liver fibrosis,which is worthy of promotion.
