采用维他派克斯糊剂填充对根尖周炎的治疗效果研究

Study on the therapeutic effect of vitapax paste filling on periapical periodontitis

目的探讨根尖周炎患者采用维他派克斯糊剂(Vitapex)填充的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年1月-2021年12月广州医科大学附属第四医院收治的根尖周炎患者60例分为对照组(传统根管糊剂)与观察组(Vitapex糊剂),每组各30例。比较两组治疗3个月的治疗效果;比较两组治疗前及治疗2周后的疼痛程度[以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分评估];统计两组临床指标(窦道口愈合时间、充填时间及功能恢复时间),调查两组治疗满意度(采用医院自制满意度调查表评估)。结果观察组整体治疗效果优于对照组,且治疗总有效率96.67%(29/30)高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);治疗2周后,两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组实道口愈合时间、充填时间及功能恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组整体治疗满意度优于对照组,且治疗总满意度93.33%(28/30)高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex填充根尖周炎的效果满意,可促进患者的恢复,减轻疼痛程度,提高患者的治疗满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of Vitapex filling in patients with periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 60 paticnts with periapical periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group(traditional root canal paste)and observation group(Vitapex paste),with 30 cases in each group.The treatment effect of the two groups after 3 months of treatment was compared;the pain degree before and after 2 weeks of treatment between the two groups was compared[assessed by visual analog scale(VAS)score];the clinical indicators(sinus ostium healing time,filling time)of the two groups were counted and functional recovery time),to investigate the treatment satisfaction of the two groups(hospital self-made satisfaction questionnaire).Results The overall treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the overall response rate(ORR)of 96.67%(29/30)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05);after treatment for 2 weeks,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<O.05);the sinus healing time,flling time and functional recovery time of the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05);The overall treatment satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the overall treatment satisfaction was 93.33%(28/30)higher than that of the control group,76.67%(23/30)with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclus ion The effect of filling apical periodontitis with Vitapex is satisfactory,which can promote the recovery of patients,reduce the pain level,and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
