摘要
目的分析基于阶段转变理论的社区医生健康教育对儿童家长预防接种不良反应认知现状及满意度的影响。方法选取2021年5月-2022年5月于北闸口镇卫生院进行预防接种的120名儿童家长为研究对象,依据健康教育方式的不同将儿童家长分为常规组(n=60,实施常规健康宣教干预)和研究组(n=60,实施基于阶段转变理论的社区医生健康教育干预),比较两组儿童家长预防接种后不良反应认知现状及满意度。结果与常规组比较,研究组儿童家长在不良反应类型、发生原因以及处理措施方面的知晓率明显更高,不良反应发生率则明显更低(P<0.05)。与常规组比较,研究组儿童家长对接种流程、接种答疑咨询、接种宣教以及服务态度的满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论在儿童预防接种过程中,社区医生对儿童家长实施基于阶段转变理论的健康教育能够提升其对预防接种不良反应的认知,提升儿童家长的满意度。
Objective The paper analyzed influence of stage-changed health education for community doctors on parents'cognition and satisfaction of adverse reactions to vaccination.Methods 120 children vaccinated in Beizhakou Health Center from May 2021 to May 2022 were divided into routine group(n=60,conventional health education)and study group(n=60,community doctor health education based on stage-changed theory),cognition and satisfaction of parents after vaccination were compared.Results Compared with routine group,cognition of parents in study group on types,causes and treatment measures of adverse reactions was significantly increased,while incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced(P<0.05);satisfaction of parents in study group with vaccination process,vaccination Q&A,vaccination education and service attitude was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage-changed health education for community doctors can improve parents'awareness of adverse reactions of vaccination and improve satisfaction.
