摘要
目的探讨注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿采用基于SWOT分析法的医教模式联合经颅磁治疗仪干预的效果。方法回顾性分析,收集2021年1月-2022年1月在兴国县妇幼保健院接受常规干预联合经颅磁治疗仪的ADHD患者34例临床资料,作为对照组,并收集同期在该院接受基于SWOT分析法的医教模式联合经颅磁治疗仪干预的34例ADHD患者的临床资料,作为观察组,比较两组注意力集中时间、干预效果、疾病认知及不良反应。结果干预后,两组注意力集中时间均比干预前长,且观察组比对照组长,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组干预后患儿家属及学校心理卫生教师的疾病认知评分均较干预前提高,且观察组比对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);干预后,两组儿童困难问卷(QcD)评分、Conners父母问卷(CPRS)评分及Swanson儿童行为量表(SNAP-IV)评分均较干预前改善,且观察组较对照组改善更为显著,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论ADHD患儿采用SWOT分析法的医教模式联合经颅磁治疗仪干预效果满意,可延长患儿注意力集中时间,提高患儿家属及学校心理卫生教师对疾病的认知程度,且安全性好。
Objective To explore the effect of medical education mode based on SwOT analysis combined with transcranial magnetic therapy instrument on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods The clinical data of 34 patients with ADHD who received routine intervention combined with transcranial magnetic therapy from January 2021 to January 2022 in the hospital were collected retrospectively as the control group,and the clinical data of 34 patients with ADHD who received medical education mode based on SWOT analysis combined with transcranial magnetic therapy at the same time in the hospital were collected as the observation group.The attention concentration time,intervention effect,disease cognition and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the concentration time of the two groups was longer than that before intervention,and the observation group was longer than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the disease cognition scores of children's families and school mental health teachers in the two groups were higher than that before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of Children's Dfficulty Questionnaire(QCD),Conners Parent Questionnaire(CPRS)and Swanson Children's Behavior Scale(SNAP-IV)in the two groups were improved compared with those before intervention,and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion The medical education mode of SwOT analysis combined with transcranial magnetic therapy instrument for children with ADHD has a satisfactory effect,which can prolong the children's attention span,improve the children's family members and school mental health teachers'awareness of the disease,and is safe.
