老年痴呆患者噎食相关因素分析及护理干预措施分析

Analysis of related factors and nursing intervention measures of choking in senile dementia patients

目的分析老年痴呆患者出现噎食病症的主要因素以及日常生活中的护理干预措施,讨论护理干预措施对老年痴呆患者带来的积极影响,总结相应的护理干预经验和不足。方法以天津市第一中心医院在2022年6月-2022年10月之间收治的老年痴呆患者为研究对象,对出现老年痴呆噎食的59例患者进行回顾性分析,判断引起噎食的主要因素、噎食的危害性以及喧食的日常护理干预方法。结果通过提供积极有效的护理干预,老年痴呆患者出现噎食情况的几率明显降低,对出现噎食情况的患者进行急救处理,老年痴呆患者并未出现因噎食而导致死亡的病例。结论老年痴呆患者由于存在明显的吞咽障碍,极易在进食后出现噎食情况,这可能与患者神经系统病变、药物不良反应等因素存在关联,为了确保患者的身体健康,必须要加强防止噎食的护理干预措施。

Objective To analyze the main factors of choking symptom in senile dementia patients and nursing intervention measures in daily life,and discuss the positive effects of nursing intervention measures on senile dementia patients,sum up the corresponding nursing intervention experience and deficiencies.Methods 59 patients with AD admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to October 2022 were selected,main judge causes the choking food the main factor,the choking harmfulness as well as the choking food daily nursing intervention method.Results By providing active and effective nursing intervention,the incidence of choking in senile dementia patients was significantly reduced,and the patients with choking were given first aid treatment,there were no deaths due to choking in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Conc lusion Because of the obvious dysphagia,the patients with senile dementia are easy to choke after eating,which may be related to the pathological changes of nervous system and adverse drug reactions,in order to ensure the health of patients and physical health,it is necessary to strengthen the effectiveness of nursing interventions aimed at preventing choking.
