基于HAPA的干预护理在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果及对患者用药行为的影响

Application effect of HAPA-based intervention nursing in patients with bronchial asthma and its effect on drug use behavior of patients

目的对照分析基于健康行动过程取向模型(HAPA)的干预护理在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果及对患者用药行为的影响。方法选取盐城市第一人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科在2020年1月-2021年1月之间收治的112例支气管哮喘患者相关资料,以等数分组法进行分组,将采用常规护理的56例患者设为对照组,将采用基于HAPA的干预护理的56例患者设为研究组。对比两组慢性疾病病人健康素养调查量表评分,MARS-A量表评分,哮喘防治知识问卷、AQLQ问卷评分的变化。结果研究组护理后慢性疾病病人健康素养调查量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理15d、护理30d、护理60d、护理90d的MARS-A量表评分均高于护理前(P<0.05);研究组护理15d、护理30d、护理60d、护理90d的MARS-A量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理后哮喘防治知识问卷、AQLQ问卷评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于HAPA的干预护理在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果显著,患者经过护理后哮喘相关知识水平及生活质量得到显著提高,用药依从性明显提升,具有积极指导意义。

Objective To comparatively analyze the application effect of intervention nursing based on Health Action Process Orientation Model(HAPA)in patients with bronchial asthma and its influence on patients'medication behavior.Methods The relevant data of 112 patients with bronchial asthma admited to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the First People's Hospital of Yancheng City between January 2020 and January 2021 were selected and grouped by equal number grouping method.Fifty-six patients with usual care were set as the control group,and 56 patients with HAPA-based intervention care were set as the study group.The changes in the scores of the Health Literacy Survey Scale,MARS-A Scale,Asthma Prevention Knowledge Questionnaire and AQLQ Questionnaire were compared between the two groups of patients with chronic diseases.Results After nursing,the health literacy questionnaire scores of patients with chronic diseases in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the MARS-A scale were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05);the MARS-A scale scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group on the 15th,30th,60th and 90th days of nursing in the study group(P<0.05).The scores of the prevention and treatment knowledge questionnaire and AQLQ questionnaire were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of HAPA-based intervention nursing in patients with bronchial asthma is remarkable.After nursing,the level of asthma-related knowledge and quality of life of patients are significantly improved,and medication compliance is significantly improved,which has positive guiding significance.
