产后康复仪联合目标导向式护理对初产妇剖宫产术后子宫收缩和乳汁分泌的影响研究

Effects of postpartum rehabilitation apparatus combined with target-oriented nursing on uterine contraction and milk secretion of primipara after cesarean section

目的探究产后康复治疗仪联合目标导向式护理对初产妇剖宫产术后子宫收缩和乳汁分泌的影响。方法在2020年9月-2022年9月于进贤县人民医院行剖宫产分娩的初产妇中选取60例作为研究对象,并按随机分组法分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上结合产后康复仪和目标导向式护理,治疗时限均为3d。比较两组干预后24h、48h和72h的每日泌乳量、阴道出血量、子宫底高度的变化,比较两组干预后合并症发生的例数和护理满意度的差异。结果两组干预后72h的每日泌乳量均高于本组干预后24h和48h(P<0.05),阴道出血量、子宫底高度均低于本组干预后24h和48h(P<0.05);观察组干预后24h、48h和72h的每日泌乳量均高于对照组(P<0.05),阴道出血量、子宫底高度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后合并症的发病率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后康复仪联合目标导向式护理对剖宫产术后初产妇的护理效果显著,能改善产妇子宫收缩情况,增加乳汁分泌量,提高护理满意度。

Ob jective To explore the effects of postpartum rehabilitation therapy apparatus combined with target-oriented nursing on the uterine contraction and milk secretion of primipara after cesarean section.Methods From September 2020 to September 2022,60 cases of primiparas who were delivered by cesarean section in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with postpartum rehabilitation apparatus and goal-oriented nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and the treatment time was 3d.Daily lactation volume,vaginal bleeding volume and uterine floor height were compared between the two groups at 24h,48h and 72h after intervention,and the differences in the number of complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The daily lactation volume of the two groups after 72h was higher than that of the group after 24h and 48h(P<0.05),the vaginal bleeding volume and uterine floor height were lower than that of the group after 24h and 48h(P<0.05).The daily milk yield of the observation group at 24h,48h and 72h after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the vaginal blood loss and uterine floor height of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation instrument combined with target-oriented nursing has significant nursing effect on primipara after cesarean section,which can improve uterine contraction,increase milk secretion and improve nursing satisfaction.
