清金化痰汤联合西药治疗对痰热壅肺型慢性支气管炎患者血气分析指标及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with Western medicine on blood gas analysis index and immune function of patients with phlegm-heat obstructing pulmonary chronic bronchitis

目的探讨痰热壅肺型慢性支气管炎(CB)患者应用清金化痰汤联合西药治疗的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年6月-2022年8月江西省玉山县中医院收治的90例CB患者分为两组,每组各45例。对照组予以异丙托溴铵治疗,观察组加用清金化痰汤治疗,均连续治疗2周。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分、血气分析指标、免疫功能及不良反应。结果与对照组比较,治疗后,观察组临床总有效率较高,症状积分、二氧化碳分压(PaCO)较低,血氧分压(Pa02)、酸碱度(pH)及免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、G、M水平较高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组均未见不良反应。结论在西药治疗痰热肺型CB患者基础上加用清金化痰汤可提高治疗效果,改善血气指标及免疫功能,且安全性好,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis with phlegm-heat obstructing lung(CB).Methods 90 CB patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to August 2022 were divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with ipratropium bromide,and the observation group was treated with Qingjin Huatan Decoction for 2 weeks.The clinical fficacy,symptom score,blood gas analysis index,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,after treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher,symptom score,partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower,blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),pH(pH)and immunoglobulin(Ig)A,G and M levels were higher,with statistical differences(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The addition of Qingjin Huatan Decoction on the basis of western medicine in the treatment of CB patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung can improve the therapeutic effect,blood gas index and immune function,and it is safe and worthy of promotion.
