摘要
为提高火炮检测中经纬仪炮膛穿线的效率,提出了估计切点位置的穿线方法。该切点为,以火炮回转中心为圆心、炮膛轴线与回转轴线的水平距离为半径的圆与炮膛轴线的切点。通过建立火炮检测中经纬仪炮膛穿线的数学模型,揭示了经纬仪穿线的本质是瞄准切点。采用蒙特卡洛方法模拟的结果表明:与传统方法相比,通常情况下,达到同样穿线精度的新方法需要转动火炮的次数较少,转动火炮次数相同时新方法有更高的穿线精度;新方法通常只需转动火炮2~3次就能实现穿线;当火炮回转轴与炮膛前、后两个标记点的距离相近时,要避免采用传统方法穿线;传统方法只有在切点与炮尾标记点的位置重合时才具有优势。新方法现场实施条件宽泛,具有普适性。
To improve the efficiency of theodolite gun bore threading in gun checks,a threading method for estimating the tangent point is proposed.The tangent point is a circle with the gun pivotal point as the center and the horizontal distance between the bore axis and the rotation axis as the radius,which is tangent to the bore axis.By constructing the mathematical model of theodolite bore threading in gun checks,it is revealed that the essence of theodolite threading is aiming at the tangent point.Simulation results come from the Monte Carlo method show that the new method in general needs less time to rotate the gun to achieve the same threading accuracy compared with the traditional method,and the new method has higher threading accuracy.With the new method,the gun only needs to be rotated 2~3 times to realize threading.When the distance between the rotation axis of the gun and the two mark points in the front and back of the gun bore is close,the traditional method of threading should be avoided.The traditional method has comparative advantages only when the tangent point coincides with the mark point at the tail of the gun.The new method can be readily used in field conditions.
