基于改进型前馈控制的轻型高炮随动控制策略研究

摘要 针对轻型高炮连续射击过程中车体姿态快速变化造成的随动控制精度降低的问题,提出一种基于改进型前馈控制的轻型高炮随动系统控制策略。该策略基于传统的火炮前馈控制模型,利用ARMA模型对前馈补偿量进行预测,提前给定随动位置指令,加快响应速度,补偿由于时滞和车体姿态快速变化等因素造成的前馈控制效果不足,提高控制精度。仿真和试验结果表明,在不增加传感器的前提下,基于改进型前馈控制的火炮随动系统控制策略能够实现随动控制的快速稳定补偿,满足轻型高炮连发射击的精度要求。 Aiming at the problem that the servo control accuracy of light anti-aircraft guns is reduced due to the rapid change of vehicle attitude caused by the impact and vibration in the continuous firing process,a servo control strategy of light anti-aircraft guns based on improved feedforward control is proposed.This strategy is based on the feedforward control model of gun servos.It uses the ARMA model to predict the feedforward compensation value and gives servo position instructions in advance,which accelerates the response speed,compensates for the unsatisfactory feedforward control effect caused by the delay and rapid change of vehicle attitude factors,and improves control accuracy.Simulation and test results show that the control strategy for the artillery servo system based on improved feedforward control can realize fast and stable servo control compensation without adding sensors,and meet the accuracy requirement of light anti-aircraft guns in continuous firing mode.
