红色校史融入大学生党员教育路径研究——以岭南师范学院为例

Research on the Way to Integrate the Red School History into the Education of College Student Party Members:Taking Lingnan Normal University for Example

高校在百年奋斗历程中涌现出一批先进的人物和事迹,蕴含了丰富的物质和精神资源。红色校史融入大学生党员教育,具有可强化理想信念教育导向、提升育人示范针对性、丰富活动形式等价值,可以解决大学生党员对红色校史了解不足、学习途径相对单一、内在动机不强等问题。基于大学生党员教育存在的多元价值观的冲击、内部价值观对冲、红色校史教育缺乏针对性等困境,探索构建红色校史精神谱系、完善红色校史运用机制、创新红色校史运用语境、黏合第一课堂与第二课堂等路径,提升学生党员教育有效性。

A number of advanced figures and deeds have emerged in colleges and universities during the hundred-year struggle,which contains rich material and spiritual resources.Integrating the red school history into the education of college student Party members can strengthen the education orientation of ideals and beliefs,improve the pertinence of education demonstration,enrich the values of activity forms,and solve problems,such as the insufficient understanding of the red school history of college student party members,relatively single learning ways and weak internal motivations.Based on the difficulties in the education of college student party members,such as the impact of multiple values,the hedging of internal values,and the lack of pertinence in the education of red school history,it is helpful to explore ways such as constructing the spiritual spectrum of red school history,perfecting its application mechanism,innovating its application context and connecting the first and second class,so as to improve the effectiveness of education of student party members.
