金融业的平稳运行将有效增强区域经济发展的竞争力,为高质量发展提供重要基础。得益于率先改革和对外开放,广州的金融业发展长期处于国内领先地位。然而,对标其他一线城市,广州金融业在发展规模、金融总部企业数量、金融机构实力、交易平台建设、资本市场体系建设和高端人才队伍建设等方面短板明显,大大影响和制约了广州金融业的健康快速发展。鉴于此,从完善政策、营造良好环境、绿色金融创新等方面提出未来广州迎头追赶的对策与建议。

The smooth operation of financial industry will effectively enhance the competitiveness of regional economic development and provide an important basis for high-quality development.Thanks to taking the lead in reform and opening up,Guangzhou's financial industry has long been in the leading position in China.However,compared with other first-tier cities,Guangzhou's financial industry has obvious weaknesses in the development scale,the number of financial headquarters,the strength of financial institutions,the construction of trading platforms,the construction of capital market system and the construction of high-end talents,which greatly affect and restrict the healthy and rapid development of Guangzhou's financial industry.In view of this,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Guangzhou to catch up in the future from the aspects of improving policies,creating a good environment and green finance innovation.
