全面护理干预对于子宫内膜异位症术后应用戈舍瑞林患者的护理疗效分析

Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Patients with Endometriosis Treated with Goserrelin after Operation

目的分析全面护理干预对于子宫内膜异位症术后应用戈舍瑞林患者的护理疗效分析。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月于驻马店市中心医院妇女儿童医院接收子宫内膜异位症术后应用戈舍瑞林患者100例,随机分为对照组、研究组,对比两组患者干预前后负性情绪、生活质量、疼痛程度及用药依从率、有效率。结果干预后,相比对照组,研究组焦虑自评表(SAS)、抑郁自评表(SDS)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)较低,世界卫生组织健康状况问卷调查(SF-36)各项评分均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药依从率分别为94.00%、80.00%,痛经改善有效率分别为96.00%、76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予子宫内膜异位症术后应用戈舍瑞林患者实施全面护理干预可有效改善患者负性情绪、生活质量及疼痛感,提升治疗依从性,病情控制良好。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with endometriosis treated with Goserrelin after operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometriosis who received goserillin after operation in Women and Children's Hospital of Zhumadian Downtown from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group.Negative emotions,quality of life,pain degree,medication compliance rate and effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the self-rating scale of anxiety(SAS),self-rating scale of depression(SDS)and visual analogue pain(VAS)were lower in the study group,while the scores of the World Health Organization Health Questionnaire(SF-36)were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance rates of the two groups were 94.00%and 80.00%,and the effective rates of dysmenorrhea improvement were 96.00%and 76.00%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention given to patients with endometriosis after operation under application of goserrelin can effectively improve patients'negative emotions,quality of life and pain,improve treatment compliance,and condition control is good.
