依燥湿相兼病机运用升阳益胃汤治疗变应性鼻炎举隅

Examples of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis According to the Pathogenesis of Dryness and Dampness

变应性鼻炎(AR)是一种常见疾病,其发病率逐年上升,但因病情缠绵,难以根治,对患者的身心健康及日常生活带来较大困扰,且随着患者年龄的增长,常病情迁延,导致过敏性哮喘。AR,中医多称为鼻鼽,治疗多从风寒、寒饮及肺脾肾三脏入手,而笔者跟随导师临床学习应用五运六气理论,在论治鼻鼽时多考虑肺金与脾土的影响,可从燥湿相兼病机的角度出发,在临床上综合患者的运气信息、病史、症状和体征,诊疗时要讲究“辨象-辨时-握机”三者的有机结合,遵循三阴三阳开阖枢动态规律。

Allergic rhinitis is a common disease,with increasing incidence year by year,and it is difficult to cure because of its lingering state ofillness,which brings great trouble to the patient's physical and mental health and daily life and causes allergic asthma.The treatment of allergic rhinitis usually begins with wind-cold,cold fluid,and the three organs of the lung,spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine.However,the author,following his tutor in clinical study,applied the theory of five movements and six qi.When treating allergic rhinitis,the influence of lung gold and spleen soil should be considered.From the angle of pathogenesis of dryness and dampness,the information on circuit and qi,disease history,symptoms,and signs should be comprehensively considered in the clinic.The organic combination of"distinguishing sign-distinguishing time-grasping machine"should be understood and the dynamic law of three-yin,three-yang,and open-close of the axis should be followed.
