基于营卫理论探讨中医药调节自噬论治肿瘤

Chinese Medicine Treats Tumors by Regulating Autophagy Based on the Nutrient-defense Theory

脉外卫阳之气和脉中营阴之气,合为营卫,营卫二气的变化反映了人体阴阳气血盛衰,与肿瘤的发生进展关系紧密。自噬为目前研究肿瘤的热点方向之一,是治疗肿瘤疾病的潜在靶点。然而,自噬在肿瘤发生发展的前后阶段展现出截然不同的作用。笔者认为,自噬的双重性可类比于营卫二气的生理功能。本文试图基于营卫学说阐述细胞自噬在肿瘤发展阶段的相关过程,并在此基础上对其治法进行推论,为实现中医精准治疗肿瘤疾病提供基础和借鉴。

The qi of defensive yang flowing outside vessels and the qi of nutrient-yin flowing within vessels are combined as nutrient-defense.The qi of the nutrient-defense highly encompasses the changes in the rise and fall of the yin and yang qi and blood in the human body.Autophagy is one of the hot directions for the current study of tumors and the potential target for the treatment of tumor diseases.However,autophagy plays a completely different role before and after the development of tumors,and its duality is considered to be similar to physiological functions of the qi of the nutrientdefense.Based on the nutrient-defense theory,this paper explained the relevant process of cell autophagy in the tumor development stage,and deduced the treatment of tumors,providing the basis and reference for the realization of the accurate treatment of tumor diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
