摘要
为探究工作场所欺凌对矿工安全绩效的作用机制和边界条件,通过理论分析和文献研究提出假设模型。采用工作场所欺凌量表、工作不安全感量表、工作投入量表、心理韧性量表和安全绩效量表,随机抽取450名矿工进行调查,通过SPSS和AMOS分析验证假设模型。结果表明:工作场所欺凌对矿工安全绩效具有显著的负向影响;工作不安全感和工作投入在工作场所欺凌与矿工安全绩效间不仅分别起单独中介作用,并共同发挥了链式中介作用;最后,心理韧性在工作场所欺凌与工作不安全感之间起负向调节作用。减少工作场所欺凌的发生,缓解乃至消除工作不安全感,提高矿工工作投入,增强个体的心理韧性能够有效提高安全绩效水平,减少安全事故。
This paper aims at investigating and analyzing the mechanism and boundary conditions of workplace bullying on safety performance and constructing a hypothesis model of the relationship among workplace bullying,job insecurity,job engagement,psychological resilience,and safety performance through theoretical analysis and literature review.The safety performance of the miners is an essential and crucial influential index to measure the safety production results in the coal mine industry,and it is also a general concern for the researchers to research and trace the various antecedent variables for the safety performance.For such a reason,the author used a stratified random sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on 450 miners from 8 large coal mining enterprises in Hebei,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,and Anhui and collected data samples of workplace bullying scale,job Insecurity scale,job engagement scale,psychological resilience scale,and safety performance scale to validate presupposed model via mediating and moderating the effects with the SPSS and AMOS.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between miners’safety performance and workplace bullying.Workplace bullying can not only directly affect safety performance,but can also indirectly affect safety performance in the following 3 ways:the independent mediating effects of job insecurity,and the independent mediating effects of work engagement.Job insecurity and work engagement jointly play a chain mediating role between workplace bullying and the safety performance of miners.In addition,psychological resilience tends also to negatively moderate the relationship between workplace bullying and job insecurity.Say,the higher the level of resilience the miners have,the less impact workplace bullying would produce on job insecurity.Therefore,reducing workplace bullying,alleviating or even eliminating job insecurity,improving miners’work engagement,and enhancing individual psychological resilience can effectively improve safety performance and reduce safety accidents.
