摘要 职前教师教育教学质量评估是提高教师教育教学质量的关键环节,对我国教师队伍建设和教育事业发展意义重大。职前教师教育教学质量评估是指对职前教师教育教学的过程环节和要素主体满足职前教师培养和教师教育发展需求优劣程度进行价值判断的过程。开展职前教师教育教学质量评估可以有效服务职前教师教育机构教学和管理活动,提升教师教育教学质量,推动高素质教师队伍建设,同时带动教育评估系统改革。职前教师教育教学质量评估可以从六个维度展开,具体包括:明确评估目的,把握职前教师教育教学质量评估方向;多样化评估主体,扩大职前教师教育教学质量评估主体参与;科学多维评估标准,树立职前教师教育教学质量评估行动纲领;交又验证评估方式,丰富职前教师教育教学质量评估信息来源;聚焦评估内容,服务职前教师教育教学质量评估要素主体;尊重评估结果,确保评估结果的科学解读和合理使用。通过对职前教师教育教学质量评估内涵、价值和实施路径的全方位梳理,构建职前教师教育教学质量评估理论框架,可以有效推动教师教育教学质量评估理论发展并为职前教师教育实践提供指导。 The quality assessment of pre-service teacher education is a key stage in teacher education,and is of great significance to the development of teaching teams and educational cause.Preservice teacher education teaching quality assessment refers to the process of value judgment on the extent to which the processes and elements of pre-service teacher education and teaching meet the needs of pre-service teacher training and teacher education development.The assessment of pre-service teacher education teaching quality can effectively serve the teaching and management activities of pre-service teacher education institutions,improve the quality of teacher education and teaching,promote the supply of high-quality teachers,and drive the reform of the education assessment system.The implementation path of pre-service teacher education teaching quality can be developed from six dimensions,including clarifying the purpose of assessment to maintain the orientation of pre-service teacher education and teaching quality assessment;diversifying the assessment subjects;to expand the participation of pre-service teachers education teaching quality assessment subjects,establishing preservice teacher education and teaching quality assessment action guidance;cross-verification assessment method to enrich the information sources of pre-service teacher education and teaching quality assessment focusing on the assessment content to serve the main elements of teaching quality assess-ment of pre-service teachers;respecting assessment results to ensure scientific interpretation and rational use of assessment results.Through the holistic review of the connotation,value and implementation path of pre-service teacher education teaching quality assessment,a pre-service teachers education teaching quality assessment framework can be developed,and thus to promote teacher education and teaching quality assessment theory development and provide guidance for pre-service teacher education in practice.
