摘要
根据过载开关的试验要求,设计了一种用于过载开关测试的精密离心机。精密离心机是标定和测试过载开关和加速度计的关键设备,而工作台作为精密离心机的主要部件,其高速旋转时的半径变化量会直接影响离心机的系统精度。运用有限元软件ABAQUS,分析了离心载荷和温度变化对工作台动态半径的影响规律,通过比较两种常见结构形式工作台的动态半径变化量,确定了适合过载开关测试精密离心机的最佳工作台结构设计方案。
Based on the requirements of the overload switch test,a precision centrifuge is designed.The precision centrifuge is the key equipment in the calibration and testing of the overload switch and the accelerometer.The worktable is the most important component of the precision centrifuge,and the radius change when rotating at high speed will affect the system precision of the centrifuge.The effect of centrifuge load and temperature change on worktable dynamic radius is studied by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The optimum design of the worktable structure is obtained by comparing the dynamic radius variation of two types of common worktable structure.
