摘要
利用基于3D打印技术的快速熔模铸造工艺制备了某型小批量定制且工期较短的铝合金零件。制定了以3D打印技术与传统熔模铸造工艺相互结合的铝合金零件快速生产工艺技术。根据零件生产过程中的实际情况,确定了熔模制造工艺流程中的制模、制壳、挂砂、脱腊和浇注等重要环节的工艺参数。通过实验验证表明,提出的技术方案具有生产成本低、加工周期短和工艺环节少等优点,具有一定的实用价值。
In this study,a type of aluminum alloy part with small batch customization and short construction period were prepared by rapid investment casting based on 3D printing technology.The rapid production technology of aluminum alloy parts based on the combination of 3D printing technology and traditional investment casting technology was developed.According to the actual situation in the production process of the parts,the key process parameters of the investment casting process,including mold making,shell making,sand hanging,dewaxing and casting,were determined.The experimental results show that the scheme proposed in this paper has the advantages of low production cost,short processing cycle and few process links,and has high practical value.
