摘要
本文主要研究了不同纤维成分组成的织物在不同层数下的UPF(紫外线防护系数)值、透射率等紫外性能的变化特点和规律。以面料层数叠加来实现试样厚度递增变化,且为保证材料的同一性,用折叠试样来模拟面料层数的叠加,探究面料随层数递增的UVA透射率变化规律。结果表明,随织物叠加层数增加,织物厚度线性递增,织物对紫外线的吸收系数增大,面料对紫外线的透射率呈指数型衰减,UPF值呈S型增长。研究结果为功能性纺织品的检测和监管提供了有益探索,对丰富海关监管内容和模式有一定的积极作用。
This paper mainly looks into the characteristics and rules of UV performance change of different fabrics with different layers,including UPF and ultraviolet transmittance variation.The incremental change of the sample thickness is realized by the superposition of fabric layers,and to ensure the homogeneity of materials,the superposition of fabric layers is approximated by the folding of the sample itself.The results show that with the increase of fabric layers,the fabric thickness increases linearly,the absorption coefficient of fabric to UV increases,the transmittance of fabric to UV decreases exponentially,and the UPF value increases in an S-shape.The results of the research provide a useful exploration for the testing and supervision of functional textiles,and have a positive effect on enriching the content and mode of customs supervision.
