摘要
针对峰峰矿区一至四矿矿井水混凝效果较差、混凝剂和助凝剂加药量较大的问题,通过矿井水水质特性分析及混凝试验,优化药剂种类和加药量。结果表明:这些矿井水属于常规矿井水,悬浮物颗粒粒径在50μm以下的约占86%,平均中位径在10μm左右,自然沉降较困难,Zeta电位在-30~-20 mV之间,接触角为14°~120°,混凝剂PAC对4个矿井水的混凝效果普遍较好,当联合投加PAC、PAM时,在一矿至四矿矿井水混凝剂PAC的最佳投加量分别为60、12、30、40 mg/L的基础上,配合投加0.6 mg/L助凝剂PAM,上清液浊度均低于4 NTU。当处理常规矿井水时采用PAC-PAM联合投加,优于单独使用PAC混凝效果,出水浊度可进一步降低,处理效果较好。
Aiming at the problem of poor coagulation effect and large dosage of flocculant and coagulant aid in the treatment of water from No.1 to No.4 mine in Fengfeng mining area,the types and dosage of the reagent were optimized through the quality characteristics analysis and the coagulation experiment of the mine water.The results showed that,the said mine water belongs to conventional mine water,86%of suspended solids presented particle size below 50μm,the average median diameter distribution was around 10μm,natural sedimentation was more difficult,the Zeta potential was in the range of-20 to-30 mV,the contact angle size was 14°~120°,the coagulation effect of PAC coagulant on drainage from four mines was generally good.Adopting the combined process of PAC+PAM,when 0.6 mg/L PAM was added on the basis of 60,12,30,40 mg/L of coagulant PAC had been added into the water from No.1 to No.4 mine,the supernatant turbidity were all below 4 NTU.It could be seen that,when treating conventional mine drainage,the coagulation effect of PAC-PAM combined addition was superior to that of the single PAC,the turbidity could be further reduced and the treatment effect was also good.
